We’re looking for someone to join our Fines Team at the busy Customer Support Centre in Darlington. Logging and coordinating information for fines requires a high level of accuracy and you will take full ownership of any issues that arise. The role consists of administration tasks as well as handling calls to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines, meets targets and objectives whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
If you have experience of working in a customer service or administrative environment, and can communicate effectively and confidently whilst dealing with high volumes of information, this could be the role for you. You’ll need to have a strong administrative background and be proficient on Microsoft Office packages and enjoy working as part of a team.
