We have a fantastic new opportunity to join the business applications replacement programme (BizApps), based in the Northgate Centre, as the Change Implementation Lead - Reporting; on a 2 year Fixed Term Contract.

As the Change Implementation Lead for Reporting you will be part of an IT System implementation which will deliver a significant transformation to Northgate’s UK operations, changing the business model to be more customer led. This role is focused on the development and implementation of management information reporting (MI) across the business, aligned to the strategy of the UK business. 

The successful candidate will need to ensure alignment, consistency and business adoption of MI across all functional areas of Northgate using our Business Intelligence (BI) tools and technology.  As the Change Implementation Lead (Reporting) you will report to a senior Finance manager, will be part of a programme and/or project team and will work closely with the BI Manager.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience of achieving results through effective team leadership and through the planning, control and formal review of technology enabled projects. You will ideally have led the implementation of Reporting on a significant systems implementation and must understand the interdependencies of business processes and information systems.

You will require knowledge of data warehouse, BI reporting and architecture, analytics and dashboards alongside strong MS Excel skills.
