As a Central Supplier Administrator, you will act as a central point of contact for our branch network; ensuring all damage queries are dealt with efficiently. Taking calls from customers, suppliers and our internal branches you will be creating jobs cards, providing purchase order numbers and generating invoices to ensure the best possible experience for our internal and external customers.
Experience of working in a service department/body shop reception/estimating environment or administration in a car or commercial vehicle operation would be preferred, although not essential, so long as you are highly organised in your work and have the ability to spot discrepancies.
You’ll have great customer service skills, with a good grasp of administration and IT systems, especially in Word and Excel, with experience in high volume data entry. Working 08:30-16:30 and
09:30-17:30 on a rotating rota, you’ll be flexible enough to work Saturday mornings 08:00-12:00 when required and show a real commitment to doing the best for our customers.
