Northgate is about to embark on one of the most exciting business transformation programmes in our history with the implementation of new business applications.  We’re trying to improve the way we work, our processes and our IT systems, and the new ERP will be rolled out at our head office as well as 70+ sites nationwide.  We’re looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst at our Darlington head office to help with the delivery of the business transformation programme.

As our new Business Analyst you’ll be responsible for implementing a new business process model, alignment of KPI’s, and the standardisation of processes so we can successfully implement the new business systems.  You’ll review and understand the purpose of our current processes, you’ll work with key stakeholders, including existing Business Analysts, subject matter experts, as well as directly with our Executive team to propose ways which our processes and systems can become more efficient.  You’ll also work closely with other members of the programme team so we can deliver to key milestones, and ensure an efficient and quality delivery of the programme.

In order to be successful in your new BA role you’ll need a Business Management based degree, or at least the equivalent industry certifications (ISEB or BCS).  You’ll also need to be really familiar with project management and business analyst methodologies and processes, as well as a good understanding of business process improvement (focus areas for this role are operations, sales, procurement, and finance).  It’s also really important you have experience of implementing ERP systems in a large scale transformation programme.

We’re offering an extremely competitive salary for the successful person, as well as a wide range of benefits and the opportunity to work on an extremely exciting programme.  For a full list of additional benefits please visit  If you think you’ve got what it takes please Apply below or call the Northgate Resourcing Centre on 01952 212 566.
