As part of the changes we’re looking for a Change Partner to help us as we evolve. We’ve got some amazing changes happening and we’re looking for someone to drive these forward.
In the role of the Change Partner you’ll deliver change frameworks and toolkits, and for deploying change tools and activities to tell the change story whilst assessing impacts and benefits. You’ll minimise resistance, engage and educate our colleagues within Northgate to support the XLr8 transformation programme.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with multiple stakeholder whilst working on complex programmes / projects. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate you have completed change impact assessments and can engage with staff to lead new ways of working.
You’ll also need to be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, a can-do attitude is a must as is the ability to build meaningful relationships across multiple functions at any time.
