We are looking to recruit a Team Manager based at our Customer Support Centre in Darlington.


The role will involve managing the team to ensure targets and objectives are met, whilst providing a professional service at all times. You will ensure that the team are trained and developed to ensure standards are maintained.


You’ll be the kind of person who is driven, able to make decisions, review processes and come up with ideas, along with the ability to perform in a busy environment whilst managing a team. The key to this role will be to lead, develop and motivate your team to achieve targets, manage workloads and deal with any under performance in a consistent manner.


You will need previous people management experience, preferably within the Vehicle Rental industry and have a proven track record in managing  and motivating a team to achieve their targets and objectives whilst always delivering an excellent service.
