Supporting our customers is critical to ensuring we’re a key partner that drives their business forward. There is a need for some of our Strategic National Accounts to be provided additional support to ensure their Fleet Management and Hire requirements are given a flawless customer service.
We’re recruiting for an Account Support Executive at our head office in Darlington. Your day to day duties will be dedicated to supporting Strategic National Accounts and the Senior Account Manager. You will be responsible for ensure the smooth interactions of customer contact across Northgate, engaging with all departments to provide a holistic view of our end to end servicing performance. You will engage via email, phone and there will be the need for visits to customers to understand requirements and support business reviews.
Reporting into our Operations Support Manager, all we ask is that you have experience of dealing with customer queries at a senior level in a quick and efficient manner. You’ll need to be able to build internal relationships as well as have a professional approach and communicate effectively.
