You’ll be the kind of person who loves to be busy and part of a fast-paced team. Day to day, you’ll be talking to our rental customers both face to face and over the phone. You’ll know how to turn enquiries into reservations by your proactive approach and your excellent customer service skills. You'll be happy to work outside all year round, checking vehicles in and out and spending time inspecting the vehicles for damage.
You’ll need some experience in a customer service environment and a full driving license because you'll be moving vehicles around the site. You’ll be IT literate too and any previous vehicle rental or motor industry experience would be a distinct advantage. You’ll be flexible enough to work alternate Saturday mornings, and support occasional requirement to be on call (usually one week in 12).
