Northgate Vehicle Hire in Belfast are looking for a Workshop Administrator

The Role

The Workshop Administrator is a crucial role in the modern workshop at

Belfast as you are part of a team that provide the support and communication

link between the team and the customers ensuring the smooth running

of the workshop. You will provide general administrative support which

includes reception duties, planning and managing the technician’s workload,

ordering parts, ensuring vehicle job cards are completed and liaising with

customers ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. You will also

oversee booking our vehicles in for planned maintenance. 

Our ideal Workshop Administrator is someone who can:

  • Make this role their own
  • Provide exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone 
  • Demonstrate a strong administration background and a keen eye for detail
  • Work methodically, prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload
  • Show confidence with various IT packages including Excel, Word & outlook 
  • Maintain professional and positive working relationships
  • Work in a fast-paced environment

Your Benefits Include:

  • Full time, permanent position 40 hours a week
