Our client, a well-respected distributor of heavy construction machinery, is looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their expert team. This role is covering Wigan, St Helens and Warrington with travel to customer sites while reporting to their Warrington depot.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy mobile plant equipment.
• Using advanced diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and fault-finding.
• Installing software updates and ensuring parts are ordered efficiently.
• Delivering excellent service and keeping customers operational.

What Our Client is Looking For

• You must be based in the Manchester area and be able to travel within the region.
• Hands-on experience in heavy plant, HGVs, or agricultural machinery.
• Technical expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Relevant qualifications – Level 3 in Plant, Agricultural, HGV, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Your own tools, a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK.
