What Will You Be Doing?  

As the Training Manager for Daikin UK, you will be focussed on the Management of the Training team to ensure that customers install, commission and service equipment to a high quality consistent with the brand position in both DX and Heating through a mix of different Training types

You will:

• Manage the Training team members, Training Administration Support, and monthly training schedules
• Oversee the upgrading of new technology in all training centres nationwide and assist with the creation of schematics when required
• Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, FQS and Sales to identify and meet employee and customer, product, installation, and service technical training needs
• Manage the mix of activities carried out by the Trainers; SHC support, delivering Training [standard courses & HPA accredited courses], creating Training material.
