This is an exciting time to join 3T Additive Manufacturing. Due to increasing demand from our customers we are expanding our CNC team. 


Based at our manufacturing facility on Greenham Business Park, RG19 6HN you’ll be responsible for programming, setting and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC milling machines, producing high end components to tight tolerances mainly within the Aerospace, Defence and Automotive industries. 


37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 08.30 to 16.30 and Friday 08.30 to 16.00 (we can be flexible for an earlier start)

Your role as a CNC Machine Operator:


  • Setting and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC milling machines and Turning centres
  • Tool life management and sister tooling
  • Set up and run one off developments and associated batches
  • Assist in the definition of manufacturing and equipment requirements
  • Provide support for the introduction of new facilities and equipment
  • Support implementation and reporting of key projects or continuous improvement programmes
  • Maintain workshop and machine standards


You will need to have:


  • Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to programme, set and operate CNC mills and lathes
  • The ability to set and run 3,4 and/or 5 axis machines
  • High level of precision and attention to detail in all tasks
