The Hours & Flexibility You’ll Love

  • 8:30am–5:30pm Monday to Thursday
  • Friday early finish – 4:30pm!
  • Hybrid working: typically, 3 days in the office

The Role

As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll provide vital administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle – from job posting to offer and onboarding. You’ll mainly support our new client in the care sector, a person-centred care provider, but may also work across other accounts when needed.

Key duties include:

  • Coordinating onboarding activities – documentation, compliance checks, and candidate milestones
  • Preparing and issuing offer letters and contracts, tracking responses, and ensuring a smooth new starter process
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS (e.g. Avature) for reporting and compliance
  • Supporting recruitment activity – reviewing applications, arranging interviews, and managing communications
  • Being the main contact for recruitment and onboarding queries.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in recruitment or HR administration,
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Confident with IT – Microsoft Office and ATS systems
  • Excellent organisation and time management, able to juggle priorities
  • Professional and confident communication skills towards clients and candidates
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites on occasions
