ApprenticeLink from ResourceBank offer a unique service supporting organisations to utilise Apprenticeship training most effectively, connecting providers of apprenticeship training with appropriate employers who can most benefit from their services. We work with a network of 10+ training providers, offering over 85 apprenticeships to our clients. This is why we are unique! We work across England so you are not restricted geographically on sales.
As a Telesales Executive, you will be tasked with making quality, consultative introductions via telephone, email and LinkedIn, to prospective employers to fully understand their training requirements and advise them on how apprenticeship training could support this. You will be providing informative advice relating to apprenticeship training and government incentives surrounding apprenticeships, offering appropriate solutions to their training needs.
You will develop close business relationship with your clients, regularly reviewing their requirements to ensure they are being fully met and helping them to maximising their Levy investment.
Therefore, we need you to be confident on the telephone, with the ability to communicate professionally and quickly develop relationships. Relationship management will be key! You will be required to generate monthly enrolments from your clients, predominantly in Health and Social Care however we also have a successful division for professional services, management, sales, hospitality, IT & Digital and child care. You will need to be used to working to targets – however it’s important to know we are not a call centre sales environment and we pride ourselves on carrying out consultative based sales.
Apprenticeship/ training industry experience is useful but much more importantly we need individuals who have a really positive outlook, a friendly approachable manner and the confidence and ability to approach clients. We have an experienced team who will take the time to teach you so that you become an industry expert.
We are a fun, close knit team predominantly based out of our Telford Head Office however we operate hybrid working arrangements.
