Do you love nothing more than finding that golden nugget for your stakeholders?
Are you crying out for somewhere that welcomes your fresh ideas?
If you want to make the move from agency to RPO recruitment, then we’ve got the job for you. We’re looking for a Recruitment Business Partner on a 6-month contract in Telford to support us through what will be one of our busiest times to date.
Being a Recruitment Business Partner with us, we promise that no two days will ever be the same again. One day you’re wrapped up in a business-critical recruitment project, the next you are white-water rafting in North Wales! We have a team based at our head office in Telford as well as a team based at our client head office too. Working here you’ll get the opportunity to have the true ‘partner’ feeling you’ve always craved as well as the chance to get involved with a huge project our client is about to embark upon.
Saying we work at a fast pace is an understatement, so you’ll need to be able to manage the full recruitment process across a volume of roles simultaneously. You’ll also need to be able to build relationships with senior stakeholders very quickly and be able to establish exactly what they’re looking for in their hires. You’ll then get the opportunity to utilise your sourcing skills to engage and hire the best talent out there.
We’re offering an extremely competitive basic salary, a generous bonus scheme as well as a benefits package that includes a generous holiday allowance, with the option to buy more. We like to look after and develop our people, so you’ll have access to internal and external training as well as ongoing support from a team of experienced recruiters. This is a brilliant chance to take that step out of agency and into a more partner-based recruitment role.
