ResourceBank, an award winning provider of outsourced HR, Recruitment and Talent Solutions to organisations in the UK and Worldwide are seeking a self-motivated apprentice to join the team.
In the role of Recruitment Coordinator, you will be focused on providing administrative support whilst working towards a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration. You will be fully trained, supported and mentored and on a day to day basis where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of recruiters and the end client throughout the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. This will include working from our integrated Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring hiring managers are fully supported and documentation is processed accurately and to agreed service levels.
We are open to previous experience; however, as you will have regular telephone communications with our client’s, confidence and a great telephone manner are essential.
