A unique opportunity has come about to join the ResourceBank central HR team providing an outstanding professional HR and recruitment service internally, supporting circa 80 employees and managers.

HR advisory and recruitment experience is expected along with skills in policy writing, performance and absence management, employee engagement, employment law and outstanding communication.
This role will suit you if you can build relationships quickly, have great listening skills and be able to offer HR advice and guidance based on legal requirements and in line with the company culture.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will work closely with the HR Coordinator to use your experience in HR Advisory and grow your career.
Experience in a broad generalist HR role is ideal, preferably in a company of a similar size. There may be the requirement to offer HR and recruitment support to our client delivery teams from time to time in addition to the expectation to travel - once per month at a minimum is likely, therefore an ability to drive is necessary.
CIPD Level 3 (minimum) qualification is a requirement, and Level 7 is preferred.
