We work across England so you are not restricted geographically on sales.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outstanding account manager to generate and manage our Levy division for apprenticeship training. You will need to have a proven track record of working within apprenticeship provision, be an experienced sales/ account manager with a strategic vision in developing and managing employer accounts.

This role is ideal for a person who can work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, meet specific targets and prioritise a busy workload. You will be responsible for promoting apprenticeships to create a pipeline of new learner starts.

It is important to have the knowledge and experience of the apprenticeships sector and the wider education and training market as you will developing and presenting bespoke solutions to client’s through a consultative approach.

It is useful for you to have experience in effectively planning and tracking a sales process to achieve commercial success, and be able to demonstrate a proven background in generating business form a variety of methods including telesales, Linkedin, networking and leveraging contacts.

We are a fun, close knit team predominantly based out of our Telford Head Office, however we can accommodate some working from home for part of your week, In some cases we may be able to accommodate home working for the right candidate.
