We’re Hiring: Service Coordinator | Construction Equipment – Stirling

Based at our client's busy Stirling depot

Monday to Friday 8am–5pm | 40 hours per week, Saturday mornings (8am–12pm) on a rota

Are you a natural problem-solver with a knack for organisation and a background in the construction equipment industry? We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to take charge of planning, scheduling, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.

This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring customers receive top-tier support—fast, efficient, and with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for incoming service calls
• Schedule and coordinate Field Service Engineers, parts, and resources
• Manage the end-to-end process of service and repair activities
• Open and close service jobs, create purchase orders and invoices
• Inspect equipment across the workshop, yard, and wash bay
• Assist with team meetings, toolbox talks, and support training
• Step in for the Service Delivery Manager when needed

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a similar coordination role within the construction equipment industry
• A strong grasp of servicing and repair terminology
• Ability to read and understand technical parts catalogues
• First-class communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Solid IT skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset and confidence working independently
