DHL Global Forwarding’s HR team have an opening for a skilled HRIS & People Analytics Manager to optimise our HR systems and turn data into meaningful workforce insights. This new role, at the heart of HR technology, reporting, and process improvement, is pivotal in shaping a modern, data-driven people function.


37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 

Hybrid:  up to 2 days working from home

Staines: TW18


What you’ll be doing 

You’ll lead the development and improvement of our HRIS platforms, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, functionality, effectiveness and user support — while delivering high-quality reports that support strategic HR decisions.


Key responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance multiple HR platforms to support HR and end users
  • Optimize reporting capabilities to deliver reports and dashboards on metrics such as headcount, diversity, and compensation
  • Provide first-line HRIS support and deliver training to users
  • Maintain and ensure data integrity through regular audits and validation
  • In collaboration with HR teams and vendors lead, manage and support HR system enhancements, processes, integrations, maintenance, and issue resolution

What we’re looking for

  • A strong background in managing HRIS systems and data 
  • An understanding of HR processes and how system integrations work
  • High proficiency in Excel working with large amounts of data, providing insight and analysis 
  • Confident using data to support decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
