Is your expertise Financial Accounting, Internal & External Audit, and Statutory Accounts? This key role provides business-critical support to the Head of Accounting, ensuring financial integrity, robust controls, and process improvements across our Record to Report (RTR) processes.
37.5 hours per week | Mon – Fri | 09:00 to 17:30 (some flexibility in start and finish times)
Hybrid working – office in Staines TW18/home

What you’ll be doing
- Leading the production of annual Statutory Accounts; working with external auditors on quarterly and yearly reports
- Oversee the month-end close and aid the accounting team and SSC with uploads and fixing errors
- Reviewing and signing off on designated Balance Sheet accounts within RTR/IC areas
- Maintaining effective Internal Control processes, ensuring documentation is audit-ready
- Supporting the Head of Accounting with monthly forecasts, yearly budgets, and FTE reporting
- Conducting quarterly Balance Sheet risk and opportunity reviews
- Working with the Global Shared Services (GSC) team to find ways to improve processes
About you
A technically strong finance professional who can work effectively in a corporate environment with structured processes and can handle complex financial processes and documentation.
- Strong experience in Financial Accounting, audits and statutory accounts
- Experience supporting or driving compliance with Internal Controls and RTR processes
- Professional, approachable, and able to engage confidently across all levels of the organisation
- Experience working with global teams and Shared Service Centres is desirable
- A process-driven individual who takes pride in strong controls and accurate reporting
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
- Must have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
