We are offering a highly competitive base salary, uncapped commission plus benefits which include Electric Vehicle Car Scheme (£450 per month), Pension, Bupa and Healthshield, Share Save scheme, 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
This is a field-based role which gives you the autonomy to manage your own time and diary so you will need to be self-motivated and a self-starter. Supported by the Regional Sales Manager the role offers an uncapped commission opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager with experience in selling heavy plant and construction equipment to help grow our business.
- Selling the SMT GB product range and promoting all the associated SMT GB Packages
- Developing customer relationships, understanding their requirements, and gaining market intelligence
- Driving new and used machine sales, parts and service sales in line with regional targets for revenue, volume, mix and margin
- Producing on-going sales forecasts and business plans
We are keen to talk to candidates who have heavy plant and construction equipment knowledge.
Experience of managing sub dealers would be advantageous plus a proven track record in managing commercial negotiations and developing customer relationships.
