About Unique Care Group

At Unique Care Group, we do more than provide care — we create safe, nurturing homes where children with learning disabilities can feel secure, valued, and supported to thrive.

Every child we support is unique, and our care is tailored to reflect their individual needs, strengths, and aspirations.

Are you an experienced and compassionate Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career and make a meaningful difference to children’s lives? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Residential Support Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, who may be verbal or non-verbal and may have associated medical needs.

You’ll act as a positive role model within the home, providing leadership and guidance to the staff team while ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered consistently. You’ll help create a therapeutic, child-centred environment where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Full training is provided, alongside a clear and tailored career pathway to support your continued professional development.

We are guided by our core values of Respect, Dignity, Equality, Compassion, and Commitment, and we place children at the heart of every decision we make.
