Due to a member of our team moving into another role within the company we are looking for an Trainee Transport Coordinator.

As an Trainee Transport Coordinator, you will be part of our Special Services Department based at our International Depot in Shepperton working 8:00am – 5:00pmMonday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch and NO WEEKENDS! You will be joining a team of 2 but working in an office along side other teams that make up approximately 20 staff members, who all enjoy a friendly working environment and like pizza!


What will you be doing?
You will be the main point of contact for some of our large national accounts, including many household names such as supermarkets, high street shops and leisure facilities. You will be liaising between our customers and our UK branches, coordinating the collection or delivery of one off items and special requests. No 2 days will be the same.

You will get to use your coordination, communication and problem solving skills, resolving any issues that arise and updating the internal CRM system (Sales Force) and Excel. You’ll be communicating mostly by email, however, will use the phone to directly answer inbound customer calls and resolve more urgent matters.


What experience do you need?
Experience in Admin/Coordinating/Customer Service would be a bonus but isn’t essential as full training will be given, however we do require you to have a minimum grade C in English and Maths.
