Our St Bridget’s service is home to thirty-nine adults with physical disabilities. Situated in a seaside town only 100 yards from the beach, and a short walk from the shops you will really feel like part of the community. We promote a family-like environment – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Your working hours

We offer full-time hours. You’ll need to be flexible to work alternating weekends as part of a rota.

• Day shifts: 7:30am–7:30pm, 7:30am – 1:30pm, 1:30pm -7:30pm or 3pm–9pm 
• Night shifts: 8pm - 8am

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.
