An opportunity has come up for an Area Sales Manager role within our Road Machinery team. Opportunities within this team are rare and it is a great time to be joining as we are also able to offer a clear career path for those that are looking to progress into a leadership role in this field. The paver machines, service and support we provide for our customers is exceptional, our small team is supportive and collaborative so if this appeals to you then read on!
The role covers the North of the UK and is all about solutions based selling and working closely with our customer base. A significant amount of your sales will come from working with our existing customers though you will also be identifying opportunities to develop relationships with brand new customers (especially those from our competitors!) promoting our paver product range. The role is solution based selling and all about establishing and maintaining excellent long term relationships with our customers including the end users out on site.
We also offer a great induction experience where you will be introduced to our customers, spend time with our specialist engineers out on the road, go on factory visits as well as seeing the machines used on site. And of-course product training.
