SMT Volvo have an exciting opportunity for an experienced heavy plant or construction equipment Field Service Engineer, Mechanic or Technician to join our team. 

You’ll be carrying out service and maintenance of Volvo construction equipment on our client sites. Provided you have the experience of working on heavy plant/construction equipment, we can be flexible regarding the field within you are qualified (for example we can consider agriculture, HGV, automotive).

You will be field based supporting clients across the Northwest, reporting into our Warrington site.

This is a chance for you to be a part of an experienced team, where your role will be to identify and repair mechanical problems on our Volvo construction equipment, with the use of your technical knowledge and the computerised diagnostic equipment.

You will hold a NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, have mechanical experience in construction or heavy plant machinery and the ability to work to a high standard of competence, independently.
