The job role 

You’ll play a critical role in our production process, operating and monitoring machinery across our milling and bagging lines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full production workflow — from raw Kaolin processing to packaging
• Operating attritor mills to reduce moisture content
• Handling various packaging types (sacks up to 25kg, large IBCs)
• Operating forklift trucks and transporting goods
• Managing recycling of out-of-spec products through ‘rip and tip’ process
• Following strict health and safety protocols
• Assisting with manual tasks when required

You will:

• Maintain the health, safety and environmental standards on site, for yourself and others around you
• Ensuring the quality of finished packaged goods ahead of despatching to customers
• Experience in industrial or factory settings is beneficial
• Knowledge of risk assessments and safe working methods
• Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple technical areas on-site
