We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and self motivated person to join our team at our Henley on Thames office.
We are a leading RPO provider to various markets including retail, manufacturing and financial services to name a few, managing the recruitment process for our clients through dedicated teams. The role will start working on one of our teams providing administrative support to the entire recruitment delivery process.
The role will eventually develop you into a fully functioning Recruitment Co-ordinator, whereby you will play a key role in ensuring clients and candidates receive a first class recruitment service.
Along with ongoing training, we will also support you in achieving a qualification in Recruitment or Business Administration.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated, keen to learn and develop, a good team player with an enthusiasm to work to goals. You will also have a strong interest in wanting to work in a customer focused environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and utilising social media, you will also have the ability to work well under pressure.
