Your Mission

As QA Manager, you’ll lead by example with a proactive, process-driven approach. You’ll champion quality across the business, helping us deliver right first time (RFT), every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve our QMS in line with ISO 9001 & AS9100
• Own the audit calendar; BSI, LRQA, ASTM, customer, and supplier audits
• Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) process, 
• Drive effective Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and resolution of non-conformances
• Conduct internal SIPOC process audits to identify and resolve gaps
• Define robust process controls and clear product acceptance criteria
• Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes, and drive targeted improvements
• Support the Head of Engineering & Quality in fostering a culture of Zero Defects

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• Proven experience in a quality-related role within a parts manufacturing environment - aerospace/defence/automotive
• Excellent working knowledge of ISO 9001
• Practical experience with quality tools and processes: PPAP, FAIR, APQP, MSA
• Involvement in auditing and certification processes
• Skilled in non-conformance investigation techniques

Desirable

Working knowledge of AS9100
