You’ll be a crucial part of our Commercial Team and your working week will be 40 hours, Monday to Friday, NO WEEKENDS! The majority of your time will be working from home, saving you fuel and allowing you to plan your own time around your working hours. However, you will also be required to travel to client sites throughout the UK.


The salary is competitive and you will have access to a range of Loomis benefits including:

What will you be doing?

Working closely with the Director of Business Development.  You will be responsible for tightening up our contractual position with a number of Key Accounts across the Loomis Portfolio. Aligning to the long range plans of Loomis UK, the targeting of renewals will be aimed to engineer a longer contractual term, coupled with the tightening of various clauses to protect the longevity of our organisation

  • provide our customers with the best levels of service and the most secure and technologically advanced cash & payment solutions available
  • Provide account management to a number of pre-defined Key Accounts within the existing Loomis Portfolio
  • Scheduling and attending internal and external customer meetings
  • Specifically targeting renewals across your customer base, tightening contractual compliance and updating records
  • Establishing key contacts at all levels and develop a contact strategy.
  • Create a clear account plan for the customers you manage
  • Ensure the customer SLA is met and reported to the customer as required.  Working closely with the operations team to review scheduling to deliver the contract in full

What experience do you need?

You will have previous experience within an account management position, demonstrating your understanding of the sales cycle and the needs of the customer, their key drivers and their buying strategies.

You will also be confident in delivering customer focused services within a regulated environment, with a proven track record in exceeding sales revenue targets and a proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
