We're adding to our Military team and are welcoming applications from qualified Solicitors / Litigation Executives, ideally with experience in Military Law areas. You’ll handle a mix of high-value personal injury claims, from PTSD to NFCI and bullying & harassment, while also having the opportunity to conduct your own advocacy and shape the future of this niche area of law.


We work remotely and travel to our Manchester office once per month, and the contract is offered on a full -time, permanent basis, although we are also hiring on a part time basis also. The role:

  • Manage a caseload of Military matters, including Employers’ Liability, Clinical Negligence, and complex injury claims
  • Handle small, fast, and multi-track cases and draft all related legal documentation
  • Prepare quantum assessments, review medical evidence, and brief Counsel
  • Promote early rehabilitation and resolution of claims under the Serious Injury Guide
  • Assist in marketing the Military team and building referral networks
  • Prepare bundles, instruct experts, and advise clients on Part 36 offers
  • Support the wider team’s success and growth through collaboration and innovation

 

An ideal candidate will have a minimum 2+ years PQE in Personal Injury, Military law experience is highly desirable, a strong interest in promoting the interests or cause of someone or a group, together with excellent client care, communication, and drafting skills. You’ll be well organised, tech-savvy, and confident with CPR rules and procedures. A self-motivated individual with a proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
