Legal Risk Assessor – Success Team
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in the Manchester office or Wythenshawe contact centre)
Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE/PQE), plus an annual on target bonus

We’re looking for a Legal Risk Assessor to join our high-performing Success Team, helping us shape the quality of cases we onboard and the client experience from day one.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified legal professional with strong clinical negligence experience, preferably a qualified Solicitor with around four years of post-qualification experience, (PQE) who thrives on making informed decisions, supporting colleagues, and playing a key role in connecting clients with the legal expertise they need.

Legal qualification or equivalent experience in a law firm or legal services environment
A strong background in clinical negligence
Strong decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail and risk
Previous experience coaching or developing colleagues
A commercial mindset with the ability to balance client care, revenue, and business goals
Excellent communication skills, using various communication styles
Strong IT and analytical skills, including case management systems and data manipulation
Adaptability to change
