Join Simpson Millar, a progressive Legal 500 firm, as a Litigation Executive managing a caseload of employer’s and public liability personal injury claims from initial denial through to settlement or trial.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run a litigated caseload of denied EL/PL injury claims (plus some CICA)
  • Assess liability and evidence to make quick, informed decisions
  • Handle disclosure, medicals, valuations, and trial prep
  • Negotiate settlements and liaise with Counsel and ATE providers
  • Stay on top of KPIs and maintain data accuracy


What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in litigated EL/PL personal injury
  • A demonstrable awareness of CPR (Civil Procedure Rules)
  • Knowledge of EL/PL legislation
  • Preferred multi-track file experience
  • Sharp decision-making and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and client care
