Our Legal Call Handler roles present an excellent opportunity for you to really cut your teeth, learning about the important processes we follow within a legal firm, with the view to advancing your legal career and moving up into your desired practice area. Perfect for Law Graduates who have the right foundations yet may be lacking the practical experience which most firms insist upon. Full time, permanent contracts salary offered £17,374 + monthly bonus (based on targets being met), 33 days annual leave (Inc. bank holidays)

Our team of Legal Claims Handlers are an essential part of our success. The team work closely with the practice areas, acting as the point of contact for our clients, while they validate the information concerning their case. These roles are perfect for anyone with a history of claims investigating, gathering evidence, building relationships over the phone and passing on accurate information so that the Solicitors have everything they need in order to represent the claimant. Full time, permanent contracts salary offered £17,374 + monthly bonus (based on targets being met), 33 days annual leave (Inc. bank holidays)

Over the past 12 months, we’re proud to say we have promoted a third of our support staff from their role of Call Handler or Claims Handler, into Paralegal positions within the firm. All of these internal promotions were a result of the training and support they received, being part of our support centre teams.

Those deemed as successful candidates for both roles, will demonstrate their ability to handle new business calls in a professional manner, quickly identify legal requirements and facilitate a smooth transition into the legal specialist and practice areas. Our work involves working closely with the inhouse legal teams and legal practice areas to provide excellent customer service and capture accurate information on every call.

Our Sales team members are essential in driving our business forward, launching new campaigns and promoting new services. Following up on warm or cold leads, our Telesales Agents are driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, competitive, and excellent team players all in one happy bundle! We’re not really selling a product or service, we sell the reassurance of our brand, our 170-year successful history and our solid reputation. Full time, permanent contracts salary offered £18,500 - £22,000 + uncapped monthly bonus (based on targets being met), 34 days annual leave (Inc. bank holidays)

When the pandemic changed the world we live and work in, we changed the world we work and live in. Our Contact Centre teams are currently all working from home with no immediate plans to return to the office. Our longer-term location plans are yet to be finalised; however, we anticipate that this role will be mainly home based with periods of time, spent in our Manchester office. The initial induction training will be office based, in a COVID secure environment.
