Our Contact Centre teams are all working from home with occasional days in the office. The initial induction training will be office based.

What work will you be doing?

  • Process warm incoming personal injury enquiries including Clinical Negligence, Industrial Disease, Military, Travel, Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability, Public Liability and CICA.
  • Perform outbound and inbound calls and respond to email enquiries.
  • Talking to clients to obtain the full circumstances of a claim, collating all the required information, and recording it accurately Using legal case management software i.e. Proclaim.
  • To identifying multi-track cases through effective discovery and fact finding.
  • Identifying and managing claims to ensure considerations are given to all relevant information to achieve pro-active handling and quality decisions.
  • Advising on the correct funding policy and using systems, such as DocuSign to on board new clients.
  • Adhere to company standards and ensure client satisfaction.

What sort of person are we looking for?

Someone who can handle new business calls in a professional manner, identify legal requirements and facilitate a smooth transition into the legal specialist and practice areas. It involves working closely with the legal specialist teams and legal practice areas to learn and develop your understanding of consumer law, whilst delivering great customer service on every call. This will mean handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment and working towards targets.

Experience in a previous claims role (legal or not) will help but is not essential as full training will be given.

You will have a genuine desire to show the caller we care and you will be energetic and enthusiastic about helping people.
