Joining us as a Call Handler in Jake's team of 18 people, you will proudly provide our clients with the highest standard of customer service, on every call you handle. Polish speaking Agents would be desirable, based on our ever growing, Polish speaking client base.

We operate various shifts on a rota basis, between the hours of 08:30 and 19:00 Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays paid as overtime. Working a 7.5-hour day with varying start and finish times, this offers you a healthy work and home-life balance. In return, you are rewarded with a base salary of £17,374 plus achievable monthly bonuses equating to a realistic OTE of £19,500 per annum. We also offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, company pension and sick pay to name but a few.

Role Responsibilities include responding to new business enquiries promptly, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and any other new enquiry channel. Acting in a professional and welcoming manner, as a valuable brand ambassador. You will set up new cases and claims on our database, capturing relevant and accurate details from the caller, promptly passing them on to the relevant practice area.

Suitable experience is Customer Service in any form, either over the telephone in a contact centre or office environment, face to face in retail or hospitality and preferably in a high volume, fast paced work environment where you have worked to targets.

The qualities we look for in our people include a high attention to detail with clear communication skills. An energetic and enthusiastic outlook, a genuine desire to help people and ability to show empathy, while building rapport with every caller. We very much work as part of a team, supporting departments throughout the wider business, therefore you must be confident liaising with other teams and recording information accurately.
