We have an opening for a Client Claim Assessor to work within our firm, to be responsible for risk assessment of new Personal Injury (PI) and Clinical Negligence enquiries received into the business either directly, through the direction and coaching of others, or through the engagement of risk assessors external to the Contact Centre.
To be a success in this role, we’d like you to have worked in a law firm previously, assessing the likely success and value of a claim, possess a wide range of Personal Injury experience across Military, ELPL, OL, Travel, Clinical Negligence, Industrial Disease and RTA, and have strong IT skills including CMS, MS Office including Excel, as well as coaching and performance management techniques. Allocated individuals within the firm and contact centre, work on a Rota basis carrying out these assessments as part of their duties, however you will lead the risk assessment programme, ensuring these are carried out quickly and accurately, with a robust process that supports those aims.
The package you receive will depend on experience, with a salary up to £38,000, 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and the option to buy and sell holiday too, company pensions, sick pay, retail discounts and wellness programmes to name but a few.
