Public Law Solicitor - Hybrid role – Salary – Competitive.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Public Law Solicitor within our Public Law and Human Rights department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor of 1-4 years PQE+ with prior experience of claims against public authorities work to join our award winning, Chambers Ranked Public Law Department.
You will be joining an established and friendly team who do a mix of public law, community care, claims against public authorities and inquest work including representing victims of trafficking, vulnerable migrants, unaccompanied minors, looked after children and care leavers in civil claims and judicial review claims.
We are looking for someone with experience in bringing actions against public authorities who has the ability to manage and run with their own caseload and the ability to generate work. Prior experience of legal aid is required.
The role is a split working from home/office-based role with flexibility as to the balance between the two. We will consider both full-time and part-time applicants and offer the ability to work flexibly.
We offer excellent supervision and support as well as the opportunity to progress and for the team to expand.
We are advertising for a London role, but we will also consider applicants for Bristol, Manchester or Leeds.
