Paralegal – Public Law & Human Rights
Location: London / Hybrid (2–3 days per week in office)
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum plus on target bonus

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Public Law and Human Rights team in London. This is a key role providing support to the Head of Department, Team Leaders, and colleagues, whilst also managing elements of casework and contributing to the delivery of high-quality legal services.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in public law and human rights matters, ideally including judicial review cases. Strong drafting skills, excellent client care, and the ability to manage a varied workload with minimal supervision are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their legal career within a supportive and progressive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents, including correspondence and witness statements
  • Preparing and reviewing court bundles and case materials
  • Completing legal aid forms and applications, and liaising with the Legal Aid Agency
  • File opening, file management, and billing of files
  • Communicating with clients and third parties by telephone, in writing, and in person
  • Taking detailed attendance notes and attending court as required
  • Conducting legal research and meeting case deadlines
  • Managing and progressing a caseload independently where appropriate
  • Assisting with client interviews and meetings
  • Supporting marketing activity and wider team projects
  • Assisting with the induction and training of junior colleagues
