At Greenwoods it’s all about growth and we see contentious probate practice as a key part of our firm’s future.

We want to hear from experienced contentious probate lawyers who share the same passion for client service, the drive to win work and who are looking to develop their career in a dynamic and progressive business. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious senior solicitor who is seeking a path to Partnership.

We have a hugely successful and growing Disputes and Wealth Preservation team which has recently been bolstered by a nine strong Private Client team move from Ince & Co, headed up by Matthew Biles. This role will work closely with our Disputes and Wealth Preservation Teams.

About you

You may have experience with professional negligence claims relating to wills, trusts or tax advice, multi-jurisdictional estates including domicile disputes, and/or experience with property beneficial ownership / TLATA disputes.

This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate who is seeking a path to Partnership.  In the short term, a key part of this role will be taking on existing work generated by the Wealth Preservation Team. In the long term, the role will focus on creating and delivering new work.

The successful candidate will possess great technical expertise, along with a desire to develop and implement a business development strategy, and demonstrable experience in forming long-standing client and referrer relationships.
