In this exciting, newly created Paralegal role you will provide legal support to the Corporate and Commercial team who are based across our three offices. This role can be based from our London or Cambridge office. 

Your role will include dealing with matters arising out of our M&A, Commercial, Data Privacy, Company Secretarial / Registered Office work and you will also support with the firm's internal contract work. Over time you will have your own caseload of lower value transactions and simple commercial matters. 

We are ideally looking for candidates with the following experience: 

• Incorporating companies. 
• Co-ordinating and managing electronic data rooms 
• Preparing documents for completion. 
• Attending disclosure and completion meetings. 
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents such as contracts, agreements, corporate resolutions, and corporate filings 
• Conduct legal research and provide succinct summaries of findings 
• Manage due diligence processes and compile relevant documentation 
• Assisting the team with post completion matters
• Liaise professionally with clients and other external parties 
• Supporting the team with business development and attending firm wide events.

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on corporate and commercial law ideally gained within Private Practice.
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial law, excellent legal research and writing skills, and proficiency in legal document management.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.

 Hours:
 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
