In this exciting, newly created Paralegal role you will provide legal support to the Corporate and Commercial team who are based across our three offices. This role can be based from our London or Cambridge office.
Your role will include dealing with matters arising out of our M&A, Commercial, Data Privacy, Company Secretarial / Registered Office work and you will also support with the firm's internal contract work. Over time you will have your own caseload of lower value transactions and simple commercial matters.

37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
