Job title: Paralegal – Clinical Negligence 

Location: Manchester or Liverpool / Hybrid

Salary: £21,000 per annum (DOE), plus on target bonus

We are currently looking to recruit a bright and ambitious, Paralegal to join our Clinical Negligence Team based in our Manchester or Liverpool office.

This role will be on a hybrid working arrangement with 1/2 days working from the office, so you will need to be within the Manchester or Liverpool area to assist the with client visits and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting letters and emails to defendants, experts and courts
• Taking witness statements
• Preparing trial bundles
• Interviewing and making calls to clients, experts and witnesses
• Preparing disclosure lists
• Providing updates to clients on the progress of their claims

This role could be an excellent first step for an LPC student or Law graduate who is looking to build their career in a leading consumer law firm.
