Location: Leeds City Centre

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 

Salary: £23,809.50 / £12.21 per hour

We are currently looking to recruit a Service Centre Administrator to join our Leeds based team on a full-time basis.

The purpose of this role will be to provide various centralised administrative support services to the whole business.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Securely sending Bulk and Sensitive electronic mail using Sharefile and mimecast.
  • Printing and sending the outgoing post for all Fee Earners throughout the business, ensuring all documents are accurate, of the highest quality and have enclosed all relevant attachments.
  • Opening of new Live Cases on our Case Management Systems.
  • Carrying out Various Remote admin duties for business using Case Management Systems.
  • Copying and Scanning bulk documents such as medical records and trial bundles.

Previous experience working in administration is preferred, but not necessary. Strong candidates coming from an unrelated background will also be considered as full training will be provided.
