At Simpson Millar, we're on the lookout for a reliable and friendly Caretaker / Cleaner to help keep our offices clean, safe, and running smoothly. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we’ll provide full training—you just need the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping our offices, meeting rooms and communal areas spotless
• Carrying out health & safety checks (training provided!)
• Performing minor maintenance and repairs
• Managing waste and keeping outdoor areas tidy
• Acting as a keyholder—opening/closing the office
• Using simple tech to log jobs and updates
• Liaising with staff and contractors
• Being a valued part of our facilities team!

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone practical, well-mannered, and with a strong work ethic
• Basic mobile phone skills (photo-taking, simple apps)
• Able to read and communicate clearly in English
• Reliable and able to work independently (or in a team!)
