A home, not just a service
Our Benholme Supported Living service is home to three adults with learning disabilities. This opportunity involves working closely with all three residents with complex behaviours of concern, providing tailored positive behaviour support. You will form part of our dedicated team, delivering specialist care with a strong focus on person-centred support and development.
Described as the 'Gateway to the Lakes', Kendal provides an ideal and picturesque setting to support and integrate our service users in the community. Burneside, only a short commute from Kendal, is where our Benholme service is based.
Your working hours
We offer both full-time and part-time hours. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.
Typical shifts include:
• Day shifts: Flexibility required between the hours of 7am - 10pm

From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour apply to weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to sleep-Ins.
