Our offices in Immingham are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to assist the Service Delivery Manager in carrying out the duties necessary in supporting the service department. This position offers a competitive salary plus benefits which include Pension Scheme, Healthshield, Yulife, Annual bonus and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • First point of contact for service calls and opening service jobs
  • Planning service and inspection work
  • Scheduling and co-ordinating Field Service Engineers, materials and other resources required for the efficient completion of the jobs
  • Creating purchase orders and invoices.
