We need your experience to support a busy Administration function for a period of 12 months.

Our Machine Preparation Centre based in Immingham needs an experienced Administrator to support the team of Administrators for a fixed term period of 12 month.

Using your excellent communication skills, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors onsite and customer calls.  Your administration experience will help you raise purchase orders, print contractor work sheets, create machine booking in sheets, haulage paperwork and maintaining the contractor database which will include Risk Assessment Method Statements, Liability Insurances and Statement of Competency. Having exceptional attention to detail you will carry out contractor inductions, deal with time slot change requests, book in machines and articles.
