Our client, a global leader in construction machinery, is looking for a hands-on Senior Workshop Engineer to lead their skilled team in Horsham. If you’re passionate about machinery and leadership, this is your chance to grow your career with a world-class company.

The Role:

• Lead and supervise a team of workshop technicians.
• Service, repair, and overhaul heavy mobile plant machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Carry out inspections and provide technical expertise.
• Order parts as needed.

Qualification and Skills requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in HGV, Plant, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering. 
• Mechanical experience with construction or heavy plant machinery.
• Strong technical expertise in diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electronics.
• Supervisory experience would be an advantage
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
