Playing a significant role in overseeing the customs process for air and ocean shipments, you’ll build strong working partnerships with our customers whilst collaborating with our team of experienced customs professionals– some of the best in the business!

What you’ll be doing:

• Completing and submitting customs declarations 
• Preparing and reviewing customs documentation, e.g. packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills
• Providing customers with shipment updates 
• Offering customs-related guidance to customers, customs authorities & internal stakeholders
• Resolving issues and providing updates on disputes, inspections or customs delays 
• Determining goods tariff classifications and calculating duties, taxes, and fees

About you 

Essential for this role is your experience of customs/imports/exports administration and processes. In addition, you’ll:

• Be eligible to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• Possess a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and efficiently manage workload
• Have working knowledge of MS Outlook
